Culture comes to Warrington

RandleWhite were appointed by Jenson Investments to provide Architectural design in the preparation of a planning and listed building application for the Change of Use and extension of the former Technical College of Palmyra Square South, Warrington.

 

The applications were approved and following detailed construction drawings the project commenced on site in Spring 2013.
 

Walled Garden within

Located in the town centre conservation area the existing elements of this Grade II listed building had to be re-arranged and altered so as to provide up market Spa and Leisure facilities, contemporary fine dining, brassiere restaurant and associated external space, a contemporary extension is proposed to replace the 1960/70’s in-fill extension with an external walled terrace space, bar/function and additional restaurant space will supplement a 10no. bed boutique hotel at first floor.
